Report an issue
If you are giving a Blackboard Ultra Collaborate session, it is recommended you access it up to 30 minutes prior to your session start time, in order to prepare and upload any presentation slides. If you have any technical difficulties prior to or during your session, please report the issue to Blackboard directly from within the application, or check out their troubleshooting advice.
Having trouble with your session? Report an issue while in your session to Blackboard.
- Open the Session menu and select Report an issue.
- Identify and describe the issues that you had during the session.
- Select Submit.

When you report an issue, it does not generate a support case with Blackboard. If you want Collaborate Client Support to follow up with you on the issue you reported, you must submit a support case, initially via the NUI Galway servicedesk.
