Share Content in Blackboard Collaborate Ultra
This guide will outline how to access content sharing tools in Blackboard Collaborate, such as how to share files such as powerpoint.

Firstly, go into PowerPoint and go to Slide Show, then Set up Slide Show and select "Browsed by an individual (window)" and OK.
Open up Blackboard Collaborate (or Teams or Zoom) and when you 'share the application' select this individual window.
This will ensure when you give the presentation it will display inside a window which you can resize and move around. You can move things around on your screen/monitor so that you can access both the Collab/Team/Zoom window and the PowerPoint slideshow, being able to respond to questions in chat, etc.
