Problems viewing a recording

Where do I find a recording?

You can view recordings in courses you are enrolled in.

Go to your Virtual Classroom link on your course menu, open the Menu, and select Recordings.

Recordings can take up to 24 hours to become available after a live session.

(Note: You may be able  to download recordings. Moderators must allow session recording  downloads for each session.)

I am having problems viewing the recording

There are no minimum requirements or special settings needed to view a recording. If you are having difficulty it may help to check the following:

Have you checked in another browser?

If you are using one particular browser, consider trying another to see if the problem is still occurring, and/or update your browser.

Have you cleared your browser cookies

Sometimes your browser caches data. Often you can fix a problem by clearing your browsers cache:

Clear your cache on Chrome

Clear your cache on Firefox

Is Blackboard reporting any outages?

You can check https://status.blackboard.com/ to see if there are any global issues affecting the system, including Blackboard Collaborate Ultra.
