Audiovisual Usage Policy for the Bailey Allen Hall

1) Purpose: The purpose of this Audiovisual (AV) Usage Policy is to establish guidelines for the appropriate and responsible use of AV equipment within the Bailey Allen Hall venue.

2) Equipment: This venue has the following AV equipment available to university approved AV contractors:

· Integrated Public-address (PA) system.

· QTY (4) podium microphones.

· QTY (5) Wireless microphones.

· 3 Handheld, 2 Lapel.

· QTY (4) 12,000 lumens HD projectors and associated screens.

· QTY (1) 4K live streaming camera

3) Usage:

· Operating the equipment at this venue on a self-service basis is not feasible. To access the equipment, the services of an AV approved contractor must be secured in accordance with procurement framework agreement CON433. Refer to the technical support section below for more information.

· Users should refrain from engaging in activities that could damage or misuse the equipment.

· Any modifications or alterations to the integrated AV setup must be approved by CELT management.

· Users must not remove any integrated AV equipment from the venue premises.

· Report any technical issues or equipment damage immediately to the AV department at [email protected].
