How to grant access to a CÉIM leader to my course

Please use the following steps to add a CÉIM leader to a Canvas course:

Click into the course and navigate to the People area on your course menu.

 

Choose the + People option

To add a student user, you can search for users with one of two options: email address or login ID (the student ID number).

To select a search option, click the button for your preferred search method and enter the email address or the student ID number. You can add multiple users at one time, by placing a comma or line break between users.

Remember to choose CÉIM leaders in the role dropdown, and click next.

 

You should see the message that the user is ready to be added to the course.

Choose the add users option.

 

The user has to accept their enrolment, until then their status will remain as 'pending' on the course.

They will see an invite at the top of their Dashboard which they can accept to complete their enrolment.
